Aprazer now has ambitious plans to specialize in Oncological Tablet/Capsules dosage forms , as the next giant step. Towards the initial step, Aprazer has Tied up with BDR International for products Abiraterone & Sorafenib .

BDR has state – of – the – art manufacturing unit, specialized in Oncology oral formulations, is already commissioned and is into production. This unit located in Vadodara, Gujarat State is both WHO GMP and EU-GMP compliant.

BDR has a new unit under manufacturing site in Halol District in Gujarat has been acquired and construction work is all set to commence. Once ready and operational, this facility will target for approval from various international accreditation agencies, including from US, Europe, African and Asian Health Authorities.

Aprazer Healthcare Launched TAFSURE (Tenofovir alafenamide ) is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor and a prodrug of tenofovir. It was developed by Gilead Sciences based on the protide technology of Chris McGuigan for use in the treatment of HIV/AIDS and chronic hepatitis B, and is applied in the form of tenofovir alafenamide fumarate

1) Aprazer Healthcare Launched SOFOKAST (Sofosbuvir 400 mg Tablets ) which is a medication used to treat hepatitis C. It is only recommended with some combination of ribavirin, peginterferon-alfa, simeprevir, ledipasvir, daclatasvir, or velpatasvir.

2) Aprazer Healthcare Launched Dacikast (Daclatasvir 400 mg Tablets ) which is a medication used in combination with other medications to treat hepatitis C. The other medications used in combination include sofosbuvir, ribavirin, and interferon, vary depending on the virus type and whether the person has cirrhosis.

3) LEDIKAST (Ledipasvir 90mg & Sofosbuvir 400 mg Tablets ) which is a medication used to treat hepatitis C. It is a combination of ledipasvir and sofosbuvir & Cure rates are 94% to 99% in people infected with hepatitis C virus (HCV) genotype 1.

4) VELAKAST (Velpatasvir & Sofosbuvir 400 mg Tablets ) is a fixed dose combination medication for the treatment of hepatitis C in adults. It combines sofosbuvir and velpatasvir. It is more than 90% effective for hepatitis C genotypes one through six.

Aprazer Healthcare Launched Temirazer (emtricitabine/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate ) for PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) is a prescription medicine that can help reduce the risk of getting HIV-1 through sex, when taken every day and used together with safer sex practices.

Company also launched Virarazer Tablets is a medication used to treat HIV/AIDS. It is a fixed-dose combination of efavirenz, emtricitabine, and tenofovir disoproxil.
