Description
Inlybest 5 mg (Axitinib) belongs to the class of inhibitor anti-cancer drugs employed for managing patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) in adults. The drug is recommended if the systemic therapy given earlier, fails to provide suitable care to the patients. Inlybest 5 mg (Axitinib) should be taken orally two times a day about 12 hours apart from each dose. It can be taken with or without food.
Inlybest 5 mg (Axitinib) is known for selectively inhibiting the proliferation processes of cancer cells which include angiogenesis (formation of new blood vessels), growth and metastases (spread) of these cells. Inlybest 5 mg (Axitinib) gets immediately absorbed in the system in between 2.5 to 4.1 hours. Furthermore, it binds efficiently (binding affinity-99%) with cancer cells and completes its inhibitory action leading to the decreased cancer toll on the body. After finishing its activities, it takes around 2.5 to 6.1 hours to eliminate 50% of the drug.
