Important Handling Instructions

Due to its cytotoxic nature, Methotrexate should be handled while wearing gloves to minimize dermal absorption risk.
Needles or intravenous sets made of aluminum should not be used as they precipitate methotrexate and cause a loss of potency.

It should be stored at 2-8 degrees Celsius, protected from light.
