HR Assistant/Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Assistant/Executive at Aprazer Healthcare, located in New Delhi. The role involves providing support to the Human Resources department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and compliance documentation. Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist in posting ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update digital and physical employee files.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits; support exit formalities.
- Operations: Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs; assist in drafting policies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration.

Sales Executive (Female)
Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 2-5 YearsRole Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Female Sales Executive to drive sales of branded generic pharmaceutical products across the Delhi NCR region. This involves building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors while ensuring industry compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell branded generic medicines to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collection and documentation.
- Organize product presentations and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with pharma regulations and company SOPs.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in branded generic pharma sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Delhi NCR pharma market and distribution networks.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in global regulatory requirements, dossier management, and coordination with international regulatory authorities.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced regulated environment and have hands-on exposure to international markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparation, review, compilation, and submission of regulatory dossiers for global markets.
• Handling CTD/eCTD submissions, variations, renewals, and responses to regulatory queries.
• Coordination with cross-functional departments including QA, QC, Production, R&D, and Business Development.
• Regulatory support for product registrations in semi-regulated and regulated markets.
• Review of artworks, packaging materials, and product-related regulatory documentation.
• Tracking updates in international regulatory guidelines and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting audits, inspections, and customer regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• M.Pharm (especially Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, QA, Regulatory Affairs)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong exposure to global markets including ROW, Africa, CIS, LATAM, ASEAN, EU, or other regulated/semi-regulated markets.
• Good understanding of CTD/eCTD formats and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and timelines.
