What is Lapakast?
Lapakast is an anti cancer medicine that is used orally against solid tumors and breast cancers.

How does Lapakast work?
- • It causes programmed cell death by inhibiting HER-2 and EGFR receptors.
- • It inhibits signals for cancer cell growth and division.
Common side-effects
- • Anorexia
- • Diarrhea
- • Skin rashes, itchiness
- • Stomatitis, constipation, and abdominal pain
- • Palmar-plantar erythrodysaesthesia
- • Pain in the extremity, back pain
- • Hair loss
